Evolving Mind™ and the Evolving Mind Process™.

1. All intellectual property rights in and to Evolving Mind™ and the Evolving Mind Process™, the products, services and advice are owned or licensed to Evolving Mind™. Reproduction and uses other than those approved by the owner or Evolving Mind™ are prohibited by law.

2. The information provided on www.evolvingmind.com.au or by Evolving Mind™ should not be construed as a claim or representation that the Evolving Mind Process™ is intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of any illness, disease or injury or any other medical or mental health condition.

3. Evolving Mind™ reserves the sole right in its own discretion as to whether it will provide a return of the purchase price or part thereof paid in relation to any of the products or publications provided by or through Evolving Mind™ or www.evolvingmind.com.au . Any costs associated with the packaging, refurbishing, reposting or reinsuring will be at the cost of the customer. The customer is also responsible for shipping and other associated costs. All returns must be by pre-paid postage.

4. Evolving Mind™ guarantees that you must agree that you have the most powerful and exciting tool to take charge of your mental and emotional wellbeing or Evolving Mind™ will provide a refund to you within the limited terms set out herein of the payment made by you. All returns for refund must be received by Evolving Mind™ within thirty days of original outgoing shipping date from Evolving Mind™ or www.evolvingmind.com.au . Or for weekend workshops you must notify the trainer during lunch break on the second day of the 2-day event.
